Citi is seeking Apprentices across several divisions. The Apprenticeship Program helps participants build a broad skill set and accelerate career development through exposure to day to day business activities.
The program begins in June with a short induction that introduces apprentices to Citi, provides technology training, and offers an overview of the company’s divisions. During the 12 month program, apprentices gain hands on experience and contribute to real deliverables while supporting their teams.
Along with daily work responsibilities, participants can expand their professional network and engage with colleagues across the organization.
This is a 12 month apprenticeship opportunity in India. Apprentices receive on the job training while supporting one of Citi’s business groups. Opportunities may exist across Banking, Markets, Services, Wealth, Operations, Technology, Internal Audit, HR, Risk, Control, and other functions.
Citi seeks motivated individuals who are curious and interested in beginning a career in financial services. Candidates should be comfortable solving problems and contributing ideas in a collaborative environment.
Note: Candidates who are shortlisted must register as an apprentice through the government apprenticeship portal.
