Citi is seeking Apprentices across several divisions. The Apprenticeship Program helps participants build a broad skill set and accelerate career development through exposure to day to day business activities.
Program Experience
The program begins in June with a short induction that introduces apprentices to Citi, provides technology training, and offers an overview of the company’s divisions. During the 12 month program, apprentices gain hands on experience and contribute to real deliverables while supporting their teams.
Along with daily work responsibilities, participants can expand their professional network and engage with colleagues across the organization.
Training and Development
This is a 12 month apprenticeship opportunity in India. Apprentices receive on the job training while supporting one of Citi’s business groups. Opportunities may exist across Banking, Markets, Services, Wealth, Operations, Technology, Internal Audit, HR, Risk, Control, and other functions.

- Interest in learning about various roles within the assigned business function

- Resilience in a fast paced and changing work environment
- Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, and PowerPoint
