Role Overview

The Young Apprentice supports basic operational and administrative activities within the Commercial Banking team. The role involves performing routine assignments under direct supervision while following established procedures and guidelines. Work typically includes standardized tasks and limited product or service support.

The apprentice applies knowledge of routine work processes, exchanges basic information with team members, and resolves simple task related issues using clearly defined options.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with operational and administrative functions within the team.
• Provide administrative support for tasks with a low level of complexity.
• Handle document related activities such as copying, printing, and internal document movement.
• Support materials checking and receiving processes.
• Perform basic computer based activities as part of daily operations.
• Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, considering the firm’s reputation and protecting Citigroup, its clients, and assets by following applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
• Maintain ethical standards in conduct and business practices while escalating and reporting control issues when required.
