Responsibilities

• Support data-related activities including data analysis, maintenance, data quality, and database management.
• Work on database architecture and design-related tasks as required.
• Use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) for day-to-day operational activities.
• Perform SQL-based analysis and reporting tasks.
• Handle routine operational and administrative responsibilities.
• Prepare reports, conduct analyses, and administer defined procedures.
• Deliver routine and structured outputs while building understanding of the broader business context.
• Follow company policies, compliance standards, and risk management practices.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with SFMC is required.
• Good knowledge of SQL.
• Strong attention to detail and customer service orientation.

Education

Bachelor’s or University degree, or equivalent practical experience.
