Key Responsibilities

  • Support the estimation of risk capital and integrate outcomes into management reporting and decision-making processes.
  • Assist with analysis of Citi’s financial performance as well as benchmarking against competitors.
  • Contribute to annual planning activities and periodic forecasting processes, reviewing monthly performance against planned targets.
  • Participate in budgeting and monthly estimate cycles.
  • Use key metrics and financial data to evaluate potential business decisions.
  • Review and analyze management presentations related to regional and product performance.
  • Support time-sensitive deliverables for client-facing Financial Planning and Analysis teams.
  • Evaluate risks while business decisions are made and ensure compliance with applicable laws, policies, and ethical standards, escalating issues when necessary.

Skills and Exposure

  • 0 to 2 years of experience in accounting or finance related roles.
  • Knowledge of financial analysis and reporting tools.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to perform analytical evaluation of financial data.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
