Your Impact

As a Business Analyst Trainee, you will begin a learning journey within Cisco’s Global Supply Chain through a structured apprenticeship. The role provides hands-on exposure and mentorship while contributing to real-world projects across procurement, logistics, and planning.

You will develop capabilities in process analysis, data-driven decision making, and solution prototyping in a sandbox environment. By exploring operational challenges and questioning assumptions, you will grow into a data-focused analyst capable of supporting the evolving needs of a global supply chain.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong interest in learning how to map business processes, identify gaps, and discover improvement opportunities.
• Willingness to work with large datasets and understand how business context converts raw data into meaningful insights.
• Interest in presenting insights clearly and logically, translating complex findings into business-focused narratives.
• Basic exposure to tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and PowerPoint, with opportunities to prototype and test solutions.
• Interest in understanding how data flows across systems and learning to analyze metrics and data repositories to provide actionable insights.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in B.E, B.Tech, B.Sc, or BCA from any specialization.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office tools.
• Good communication ability, proactive approach, and a strong desire to learn.
• Graduation completed in 2025 or 2026 with a degree certificate or Provisional Degree Certificate (PDC).
• Must be enrolled as a student on the NATS portal and possess a valid student enrolment number.
