As an Associate Sales Trainee, you will learn how sales opportunities move through stages such as Introduction, Discovery, and Custom Demonstration with guidance from experienced team members. You will collaborate with Key Account Managers and take part in marketing events to understand event execution and client engagement.
The role includes participation in client-facing activities including presentations, proposals, business case preparation, and product demonstrations. These experiences help develop communication abilities and technical understanding in a sales environment.
You will also gain exposure to sales analytics and structured sales processes by shadowing senior sales engineers and taking part in hands-on training. The program provides opportunities to observe leadership practices related to team motivation, accountability, and accurate sales forecasting.
