Year 2 Location: India
You will train alongside a diverse group of talented individuals from across the APJC region, building strong professional connections in a collaborative environment. The program offers a supportive setting where participants can strengthen their skills through AI customer simulations and guided on-the-job learning.
Throughout the program, you will work closely with Cisco Associate Solutions Engineers to deliver technical solutions that support business outcomes. You will gain exposure across Collaboration, Security, Networking, and Cloud technologies while learning from industry specialists and dedicated coaches.
Each participant is paired with a mentor, typically a CSAP program alumnus, who will support career growth throughout the journey. You will also earn industry-recognized certifications and build the expertise needed for technical sales roles across Cisco.
The CSAP Graduate Program is a 12-month global accelerator designed to develop future sales professionals through a model built on Education, Exposure, and Experience.
The learning approach emphasizes practical, coached experience within a collaborative peer cohort. Most development takes place through real-world application rather than isolated training.
As part of Cisco's AI-First strategy, Associate Sales Representatives in the Global Sales Enablement & Acceleration team will build AI capabilities using advanced learning platforms and artificial intelligence tools. High performers may accelerate into quota-carrying roles through quarterly competency evaluations.
After successfully completing the 12-month early career program, Inside Account Executives will join the Global Virtual Sales team. In partnership with Solutions Engineers, they will help customers adopt Cisco technologies that drive measurable business outcomes while developing long-term customer and partner relationships.
