The role focuses on supporting and improving integration platforms such as Fivetran and Boomi while exploring new approaches that combine data engineering, cloud platforms, and Generative AI.
What You Will Do
As an Associate Integration Platform Engineer, you will help maintain and improve the reliability and efficiency of data pipelines.
- Operations and Maintenance: Handle daily integration activities including connector configuration, pipeline monitoring, and troubleshooting data synchronization issues to maintain platform availability.
- Data Lifecycle Management: Support onboarding of new data sources, manage schedules, handle schema changes, and implement basic transformations to maintain data quality and consistency.
- GenAI Innovation: Explore Generative AI concepts to build automation agents. Work on use cases such as anomaly detection, intelligent alerts, metadata driven documentation, and self service troubleshooting tools.
- Platform Evolution: Assist with evaluating, testing, and deploying new integration capabilities, connectors, and platform features.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Data Engineering, Governance, Security, and BI teams to implement scalable and secure integration patterns aligned with enterprise standards.

You are a detail focused problem solver who works well in collaborative environments and is motivated to learn and contribute to cross functional initiatives.
- Technical Foundation: Familiarity with integration platforms such as Fivetran or Boomi and a basic understanding of data movement and pipeline architecture.
- AI Interest: Strong curiosity about Generative AI and interest in experimenting with AI driven tools to improve integration workflows.
- Collaboration: Ability to work across teams including Security and Governance groups.
- Growth Mindset: Eagerness to learn and develop expertise in cloud data integration and platform engineering.
- Background: Entry level professional with academic or practical exposure to Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
