Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Business Development Associates proficient in Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi. The role involves guiding potential learners, building strong relationships, and driving sales to meet revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a mentor and career guide for prospective learners.
- Provide counseling, career advice, and explain how CCBP 4.0 programs can accelerate careers.
- Highlight the unique value propositions of NxtWave’s offerings.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead engagement to closure and post-sales relationship management.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and provide feedback on lead quality.
- Achieve weekly revenue and enrollment targets.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities.
- High dedication, reliability, and trustworthiness.
- Empathy, patience, and the ability to quickly build rapport.
- Organized approach to sales funnel management and target achievement.
- Sales mindset with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
- Prior sales experience in the EdTech domain is an advantage.
Compensation
Up to ₹6 LPA (₹3.6 LPA fixed + ₹2.4 LPA performance-based incentives).
