We are looking for freshers graduating in 2025 for the role of Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET). This is a full-time remote-first role, but candidates must be based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai. The selected candidate will be responsible for executing quality engineering tasks and building automated test cases to ensure high product quality.
Responsibilities
- Create, maintain, and execute test specifications and test cases
- Conduct integrity and regression testing using both manual and automated techniques
- Write and execute automated tests for new features using frameworks like Selenium and Appium
- Collaborate with Engineering and Product teams to identify and resolve high-impact issues
- Identify, follow, and implement best practices to enhance the QA process
- Quickly learn new technologies like Node.js and Ruby as required
- Maintain a metrics-driven mindset focused on improving software quality
Desired Skills and Experience
- 0 to 6 months of internship experience in writing automated tests using frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Qtest (preferred but not mandatory)
- Basic understanding of QA methodologies and software development fundamentals
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Eagerness to learn and work on automation and scripting technologies
