Job Description

Purpose of the Role

The role focuses on designing, building, and enhancing software solutions using established engineering methodologies. The objective is to deliver reliable technology capabilities that support business platforms, customers, and internal teams.

Accountabilities

• Develop and deliver high quality software solutions using appropriate programming languages, frameworks, and tools, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and strong performance.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to define requirements, plan solution strategies, and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Work closely with peers, participate in code reviews, and contribute to a culture focused on code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay updated on industry technology trends and contribute to internal technology communities that encourage innovation and technical growth.
• Follow secure coding standards to reduce vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software delivery.
• Implement effective unit testing practices to improve code reliability, readability, and overall design quality.
