Purpose of the Role
The role supports the organisation in achieving its strategic goals by identifying business requirements and proposing solutions that address business challenges and opportunities.
Accountabilities
- Identify and analyse business problems and client requirements that require organisational change.
- Develop business requirements that address identified problems and opportunities.
- Work with stakeholders to ensure proposed solutions align with their expectations and needs.
- Assist in preparing business cases that justify investment in proposed initiatives.
- Conduct feasibility studies to evaluate the practicality of potential solutions.
- Support the preparation of project progress reports to help ensure delivery within timelines and budget.
- Create operational and process design documentation to ensure solutions are implemented within the agreed scope.
- Assist with change management activities, including maintaining traceability matrices to support successful implementation.

Role Responsibilities
As an IFC-UAT Test Analyst, you will support due diligence activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements while safeguarding clients and the organisation.
- Create and execute UAT test scripts.
- Maintain and update the UAT execution tracker on a daily basis.
- Perform test execution by accessing systems and completing assigned test scenarios.
- Collaborate with impacted teams to complete testing activities.
- Document UAT observations during daily triage discussions.
- Conduct defect re-testing and follow issues through to closure.
- Document and present test outcomes to business stakeholders.
- Ensure approvals for test scripts and related artefacts are properly archived.
- Understand UAT scenarios based on functional requirements.
- Prepare or request appropriate test data setups.
Desirable Skills
- Basic knowledge of Java, Playwright, Selenium, and Cucumber frameworks.
- Understanding of AML processes or general banking knowledge.
- Strong familiarity with test scripting practices.
