Job Description
The Ops Support Specialist 4 is an entry-level role providing operations support services. This includes record/documentation maintenance, storage and retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging, and account opening coordination with the Operations Core Team. The specialist also acts as a liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians, and clients.
Responsibilities
- Follow procedures to complete complex assignments and resolve issues requiring in-depth research
- Assist the team by serving as subject matter expert, leading projects, training new hires, and allocating work
- Conduct basic analysis, research, and workflow management
- Support a wide range of products and services
- Communicate important information to senior managers and support risk mitigation activities
- Assess risks appropriately when making business decisions, ensuring compliance with regulations
