Role Overview

This is an entry level individual contributor position. Key responsibilities may include operational, service, administrative and technical support, basic level reporting, call center support, and reviewing or processing transactions in Operations or Support.

The role calls for communication, problem solving and general PC skills. You will ensure quality service and effective support for assigned functions, internal and external business partners and customers by following established procedures. You will receive general guidance and direction.

Incumbents are expected to be Graduates or Post Graduates with 0 to 18 months of work experience.
