Global Business Services delivers Technology and Operations capabilities to the Lines of Business and Staff Support Functions of Bank of America through a centrally managed, globally integrated delivery model and globally resilient operations. Process Overview
- EIT Testing: Conduct independent process testing based on identified needs, including manual, automated, surveillance and transaction level testing. Monitor test execution quality, reversals and rebuttals, reporting, and resolution of issues escalated by LOB or testers, and track completion of all scheduled tests.
- EIT Automation: Build automated tests on the required platform while following development standards.
- EIT UAT Testing: Run end-to-end testing on applications and technology to confirm business, technical and functional requirements are met throughout the SDLC. Execute test scripts based on the test strategy and plans to find defects before production.

Additional Expectations
Candidates should be open to any role they are selected for based on the listed job descriptions, and to joining any of the five India locations (Mumbai, Chennai, Gurugram, Hyderabad, GIFT City). Location preference is not given. Candidates must also be open to working any shift, including night and rotational shifts, based on business or process requirements.
