Key Responsibilities
- Receive coaching and mentoring to complete assignments and projects effectively.
- Work on internal projects to deliver customer outcomes and identify process improvements.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools for project completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and network with global business leaders.
- Apply Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) standards in all tasks.
Eligibility Criteria
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Mechanics, STEM-related, or business-related fields.
- Indian citizenship required.
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 out of 4.0 (or equivalent).
- Fluency in English with strong communication skills.
- Ability to relocate for the internship duration.
- Legally entitled to work in India without sponsorship.
