About the Role
Thermo Fisher Scientific, a global leader in serving science, is seeking an Associate Workflow Automation Developer to join our IT, Data & Tech division in Bangalore. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to automation solutions that streamline marketing and creative operations, enabling efficient content and campaign delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in designing, building, and maintaining automation workflows using Workfront Fusion and related integration tools.
- Translate business requirements into scalable automation solutions under the guidance of senior developers.
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and monitoring of workflows to ensure data accuracy and performance reliability.
- Manage integrations between systems such as Workfront, AEM, Seismic, DAM platforms, and other marketing technologies.
- Document workflow logic, dependencies, and process changes for audit and reference purposes.
- Collaborate with marketing and creative operations teams to identify automation opportunities.
- Participate in regular reviews of automation performance and recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Operations, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 0–2 years of experience in marketing operations, system administration, or data integration.
- Familiarity with workflow automation platforms such as Workfront Fusion, Make, Power Automate, or Zapier preferred.
- Basic understanding of data structures (JSON, XML) and APIs is advantageous.
- Experience with process documentation or system configuration is beneficial.
