Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve basic application-specific support issues.
  • Install and maintain enterprise and laboratory application software, including associated hardware.
  • Execute change requests and qualifications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement effective solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
  • 0–2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and training.
  • Basic understanding of server administration and architecture (Windows Server, Linux).
  • Experience with relational databases (primarily Oracle, some SQL Server).
  • Knowledge of desktop operating systems and productivity tools (MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to follow issues through to resolution.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality work.
  • Key expertise in Power Automate and .NET.

Working Conditions

Office-based role with second shift (afternoon) schedule. Requires frequent mobility, occasional light to moderate lifting (up to 20 lbs), and consistent attendance. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks is essential.
