About the Team
The Enterprise Technology & Operations (ETO) team collaborates with business units and IT groups to define, manage, test, validate, and deliver enterprise applications and systems. These applications support critical business operations such as order management, manufacturing, product development, sales and customer management, document management, and business insights.
Role Responsibilities
- Assist in developing business applications that leverage AI technologies such as OpenAI and Claude.
- Work with datasets to perform data cleaning, preprocessing, and basic feature engineering within the CRM data store.
- Support and maintain integration of AI solutions with Salesforce platforms using APIs and built-in tools.
- Help build intelligent workflows within Salesforce using Einstein, Flows, and basic automation.
- Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Participate in testing, debugging, and continuous improvement of AI-driven applications.
- Document solutions, experiments, and technical learnings clearly.
- Maintain an open mindset toward learning new technologies within the CRM ecosystem such as Salesforce.com and Oracle CPQ.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on knowledge of Python and Typescript.
- Understanding of AI concepts such as RAG, MCP, APIs, JSON, and system integration basics.
- Experience working with SQL and handling real datasets.
- Exposure to Salesforce.com or other SaaS platforms such as AWS.
Good to Have
- Exposure to Salesforce, low-code or no-code platforms, or automation tools.
- Academic projects or internships related to AI/ML or data analysis.
- Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts or business workflows.
Learning and Growth Expectations
- Strong interest in learning the Salesforce ecosystem including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Einstein AI.
- Willingness to develop platform-specific skills such as Apex and Lightning Web Components.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools, frameworks, and business domains.
- Interest in applying AI to practical enterprise problems including customer data, workflows, and automation.
