Job Description

The Associate Systems Engineer contributes to the development and integration of software systems that support product requirements. The role involves working with source code repositories, following established standards, and ensuring that system components align with the defined architecture.

You will participate across the product development lifecycle including analysis, design, testing, integration, and operational support. The position also involves evaluating tools, improving development efficiency, and helping maintain scalable and reliable systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assemble and maintain source code repositories to build the required software stack for product needs.
  • Follow established standards and structural guidelines within the development environment.
  • Create design specifications and parameters that align with the product architecture.
  • Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle including analysis, design, testing, integration, and product operations.
  • Research, evaluate, and implement tools that improve development productivity.
  • Deploy, test, and integrate scalable, maintainable, and monitored systems or services.
  • Assist with preparation of product documentation such as user manuals when required.
  • Coordinate functional and technical integration across components.
  • Define testing strategies, create scripts and scenarios, and track execution of tests.
  • Assess how applications, legacy systems, databases, web interfaces, and hardware logic interact across platforms to support new enterprise requirements.

The role requires awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to acting with integrity, supporting the company's reputation and long term sustainable growth.
