Job Description
As an Associate in Operations, you will be responsible for capturing Bill of Lading details into the system. You will follow the instructions in the Process Manual and use self-learning skills to deliver goals and targets as per defined KPIs. Adherence to company policies and procedures under the guidance of your supervisor and manager is expected.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture Bill of Lading details accurately in the system.
- Follow the instructions provided in the Process Manual.
- Develop self-learning skills to enhance performance.
- Deliver goals and targets as per defined KPIs.
- Comply with company policies and procedures as aligned by the supervisor and manager.
Requirements
- Minimum typing speed of 30 wpm with 95% accuracy.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to self-learn on the job.
- Eye for detail.
Note: Willingness to work in night shifts or odd shifts/weekends and under high stress and pressure. Shifts may be rotational, continuous month-on-month night shift, or discontinuous night shift.
English: Domestic, Average communication skills.
