Job Description
As a Trainee Operator in the RHP Feeding Zone, your key responsibilities include:
- Checking the shift program for the main operator.
- Arranging compound in front of the feeding zone.
- Communicating with the forklift operator as per compound requirements.
- Operating the feeding zone panel to feed the hopper of the RHP.
- Ensuring smooth pull of rubber with the RHP screw.
- Detecting any foreign material during feeding.
- Being familiar with the process in case the metal detector is activated.
- Ensuring head back support during changeover processes.
- Assisting all downstream and upstream activities.
Qualifications
ITI in a relevant trade.
