Overview
Job Description
As an Associate, you will be responsible for providing back office, data entry, and data check support to clients. Your key responsibilities include:
- Examining identity proof documents to assess whether they are fraudulent or genuine using Standard Operating Procedures.
- Extracting relevant data points from the documents received and comparing them with provided information.
- Comparing live images with the image template in corresponding identity documents using SOPs.
- Working with the team and providing continuous insights on the process and techniques.
- Being extremely good with ID Verification and Document Printing Techniques.
Knowledge and Skills
- Proficient in English speaking, reading, and writing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to interpret and adhere to SOPs.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Minimum work experience of 0-2 years in an office or BPO environment.
- Good typing skills (minimum 25 wpm with 90% accuracy).
Additional Information
Should be able to work in rotational shifts and rotational week offs as the process operates 24/7.
