Qualcomm, a global leader in technology innovation, is seeking an Associate Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, modification, and validation of embedded and cloud edge software, applications, and specialized utility programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, next-generation products that exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in designing, developing, and validating embedded and cloud edge software solutions.
  • Analyze user needs and software requirements to support project objectives.
  • Implement small software features and enhancements for products and systems.
  • Participate in coding, unit testing, debugging, and integration activities.
  • Conduct code reviews, regression testing, and issue triaging to maintain code quality.
  • Collaborate with hardware, architecture, test engineering, and other teams.
  • Create technical documentation for software projects.

Level of Responsibility:

  • Work under supervision with guidance from senior engineers.
  • Make decisions impacting immediate work area or project team.
  • Communicate routine factual information effectively in verbal and written form.
  • Plan and prioritize tasks with multiple steps to ensure timely completion.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of software development principles.
  • Basic knowledge of embedded systems and cloud edge technologies.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills.
