This team provides financial and non-financial information about companies worldwide. The Environment, Social and Corporate Governance (ESG) group delivers integrated financial and extra-financial datasets that help clients evaluate the long-term performance and risk profile of major corporations.

The Associate Content Analyst researches company-related documents and gathers environmental and social data from verified sources. The role involves contributing to ESG data collection initiatives and completing assigned tasks aligned with the team’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage database administration and source data from exchanges and contributed datasets.
• Deliver high productivity while maintaining expected standards of data quality.
• Stay updated with collection policies, procedures, and developments across markets that may influence data gathering.
• Assist with projects focused on improving data content and coverage.
• Maintain responsibility for data quality, accuracy, timeliness, and completeness within the team.
• Resolve client queries promptly while maintaining a high standard of response and customer satisfaction.
• Identify ways to improve data quality and reduce client service requests to meet service targets.
• Suggest improvements to data collection tools and internal processes, including permanent fixes and preventive measures.
• Work on special projects or specialized tasks related to the ESG dataset as outlined in strategic plans.
• Collaborate with global teams and data providers to ensure reliable and high quality information for clients.
• Promote a positive learning environment within the team.
• Proactively identify, escalate, and address data issues.
