About the Role
Grade Level: 07
S&P Credit Solutions operates within S&P Global Market Intelligence and focuses on the commercial distribution of credit ratings intellectual property from S&P Global Ratings. The team delivers ratings, analytics, and research through direct data feeds, desktop platforms, and web-based portals.
The Credit Solutions team in Hyderabad is part of Risk & Valuation Services and supports S&P Global Ratings products across multiple platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of ratings products and involves working with teams across product management, technology, commercial, content, operations, and client services.
Key Responsibilities
- Resolve client queries related to ratings datasets, products, and platforms including desktop tools and data feeds.
- Monitor ratings products across platforms and feeds and send notifications to internal stakeholders when required.
- Prepare reports related to ratings products and create customized reports for ad-hoc requests.
- Work closely with the client services and product management teams across various ratings products.
- Validate quotes and opportunities as part of the RX Pricing Governance Process.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency.
- Make timely decisions when addressing client-related issues.
- Build and maintain productive relationships with global teams to deliver high service quality to customers.
- Participate in testing of new features, functionalities, or enhancements released through technology updates.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's or postgraduate degree in Finance or a related field.
- Strong technical understanding of capital markets and fixed income markets.
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools and SQL is considered an advantage.
- Ability to present information clearly and communicate across organizational levels.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
- Availability to provide weekend or festival support when required.

- Effective communication skills.
