About the Role
GlobalLogic is seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join as Associate Analysts in our Content Engineering team. This role involves labeling and annotating datasets to support the development of AI and machine learning models. Comprehensive training will be provided, making it an excellent entry point into the AI/ML industry for candidates with basic computer skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manually label data points including text, audio, video, and images following provided guidelines.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy by adhering to established standards.
- Work effectively under supervision, meet deadlines, and manage time efficiently.
- Interpret written content and describe multimedia using correct grammar and vocabulary.
- Accurately receive and interpret audio messages.
- Maintain high attention to detail and uphold data quality standards.
- Handle large and complex datasets in a fast-paced environment.
- Troubleshoot annotation-related challenges.
- Assist in gathering non-personal data such as audio clips, images, videos, and other visual materials for AI model development.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proficiency in using laptops/desktops.
- Ability to focus on repetitive tasks with high accuracy.
- Quick learner with problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work from office in a 24/7 shift environment.
- Basic computer operation knowledge.
- Interest in AI, machine learning, and data processing is a plus.
