About the Role
As an Associate Analyst in the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional learning administration support to the North-South Europe (NSE) firm. Your responsibilities will include managing training classes, processing reports, distributing learning materials, and ensuring timely closure of sessions with proper evaluation feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Add and manage classes in the Deloitte Learning Management System.
- Generate and process scheduled reports.
- Prepare and share delegate lists.
- Distribute electronic training materials and pre-work assignments.
- Close classes and process post-course evaluations and feedback.
- Ensure all system-related updates are completed accurately within deadlines and in compliance with procedural guidelines.
- Maintain adherence to data protection regulations at all times.
- Work within established Service Level and Operational Level Agreements.
- Support other learning administration processes as required.
