About the Role
Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited is seeking an Associate Analyst - Learning Admin to join the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team in Hyderabad. This role involves delivering high-quality learning administration support to the North-South Europe (NSE) firm, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Add training classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System.
- Generate and process scheduled reports.
- Prepare and provide delegate lists.
- Distribute electronic training materials and pre-work assignments.
- Close classes and process post-course evaluations and feedback.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of system updates in line with procedural guidelines.
- Maintain compliance with Data Protection legislation at all times.
- Work within established Service Level and Operational Level Agreements.
- Support other learning administration processes as required.

Qualifications
- Graduate degree required.
- 0-1 years of experience in learning administration, back-office operations, or customer service.

- Preferred: Experience in training and development domain.
Work Schedule
Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
