About the Role

Deloitte Support Services India Private Limited is seeking an Associate Analyst - Learning Admin to join the HRS Learning & Talent Support Services team in Hyderabad. This role involves delivering high-quality learning administration support to the North-South Europe (NSE) firm, ensuring exceptional customer service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Add training classes to the Deloitte Learning Management System.
• Generate and process scheduled reports.
• Prepare and provide delegate lists.
• Distribute electronic training materials and pre-work assignments.
• Close classes and process post-course evaluations and feedback.
• Ensure timely and accurate completion of system updates in line with procedural guidelines.
• Maintain compliance with Data Protection legislation at all times.
• Work within established Service Level and Operational Level Agreements.
• Support other learning administration processes as required.

Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2 PM to 11 PM
