The Team
As part of the Talent Acquisition team of Deloitte India, you will be responsible for managing hiring for a particular business.
Your Work Profile
- Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., social platforms and professional networks). Ensure utilization of all sourcing channels to build pipeline through both active and passive candidates and achieve required hiring demand and productivity targets.
- Communicate openly and in a timely manner throughout the candidate journey while ensuring the candidate needs are met.
- Ensure job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements are used.
- Engage in candidate fitment based on internal parity.
- Keep candidates warm with various engagements till they join and ensure best candidate experience throughout the process.
- Leverage the pipeline through past applicants and potential candidates.
Key Skills Required
- A critical thinker who constantly questions the status quo.
- Open and flexible in approach, able to adapt quickly to changing business needs.
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
- Strong analytical skills, good business understanding.
