Job Overview
Deloitte is seeking an Associate Analyst / Analyst – UX & Development (Web/Digital Platforms) to join its Internal Client Services team in Hyderabad. The role involves delivering high-quality, timely content management support to the UK Digital team, focusing on website builds and updates across corporate and other digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily content postings and updates using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
- Oversee deployment, maintenance, and development cycles for websites.
- Ensure web content is current, engaging, and optimized for SEO.
- Implement and adjust website layouts and enhance designs using HTML and Adobe Photoshop.
- Follow established publishing workflows and maintain brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with content creators and stakeholders to ensure accurate and user-friendly online presence.
- Leverage Adobe Analytics to track performance metrics and recommend improvements.
- Analyze data trends to enhance engagement and site performance.
- Coordinate with technology teams to test new features, resolve issues, and manage publishing pipelines.
- Align with global campaigns and initiatives in collaboration with the global online team.
Work Details
Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
Shift Timings: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate or Postgraduate degree, preferably with a specialization in Marketing.
- 0–3 years of experience in content management, digital marketing tools, data analysis, and reporting.
- Basic knowledge of CMS and digital publishing tools (AEM preferred).
- Strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint); basic Excel knowledge is advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with cross-cultural collaboration experience.
Preferred:
- Strong organizational skills and a positive, professional presence.
- Ability to engage effectively across different levels of the organization.
