Apprentice 2025 Program at Philips
Philips is inviting applications for its Apprentice 2025 Program at the Pune manufacturing facility. This role is ideal for fresh diploma graduates in Medical Electronics, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a world-class manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate machinery to assemble and process individual products on the manufacturing shop floor.
- Follow established processes and maintain process parameters effectively.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and quality guidelines at all times.
- Participate in 6S and Kaizen initiatives to drive continuous improvement.
- Enhance skills in handling and working with different coils.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Diploma in Medical Electronics, Electronics, Electrical, or Mechatronics with at least 70% marks throughout academics.
- No active backlogs at the time of application.
- Open to candidates from the 2025 graduating batch only.
