The Client Operations team provides support to clients using the company’s business intelligence platforms. The team operates globally across the US, Philippines, and Pakistan. As part of Client Services, you will act as a product generalist for the Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support.
This role acts as a key connection point between the organization and its clients. On a daily basis, you will respond to client queries and represent the organization while demonstrating knowledge of the platform, financial data, and the industries covered. Many of the world’s leading financial institutions rely on this support to understand and use the platform effectively.
