About the Role

The Client Operations team provides support to clients using the company’s business intelligence platforms. The team operates globally across the US, Philippines, and Pakistan. As part of Client Services, you will act as a product generalist for the Capital IQ and Capital IQ Pro platforms and collaborate closely with internal teams such as Sales, Content, Product, and Technical Support.

The Impact

This role acts as a key connection point between the organization and its clients. On a daily basis, you will respond to client queries and represent the organization while demonstrating knowledge of the platform, financial data, and the industries covered. Many of the world’s leading financial institutions rely on this support to understand and use the platform effectively.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer support to clients, distributors, and internal staff via phone, email, and web chat for product, data, and industry-related queries.
• Support clients across investment banking, private equity, investment management, financial corporate, and non-financial corporate segments.
• Contribute to training and mentoring new hires after building strong product knowledge and best practices.
• Provide feedback on product usability, presentation, and data quality.
• Work with senior associates on initiatives that enhance subject matter expertise.
• Partner with clients to identify template opportunities and guide them through the template-building process.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance, or relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of financial markets or the global economy.
• Ability to work with commonly used computer programs and tools.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
