Job Summary

To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add an Analyst – VMF located in Coimbatore.

What a typical day looks like:

• Learning all the processes in VMF and maintaining records as per requirements.
• Ensuring all requests from submission to completion are processed within TAT, and that all requests raised by the BOT are free from validation errors with 100% accuracy.
• Validating and submitting all BOT-created VMF requests on the same day of creation.
• Maintaining and updating vendor records in the company's vendor management system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
• Verifying and validating vendor information, including contact details, contracts, and compliance documents.
• Tracking and evaluating vendor performance based on established metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).

The experience we're looking to add to our team:

• B.COM / BBA(Finance) / M.COM / MBA(Finance) with at least 60% aggregate score is preferred.
• Good understanding of MS applications (basic level).
• Good knowledge of accounting principles.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English.
• Good analytical skills and should be a team player.
• Willingness to work in a complex environment with strict deadlines on projects.
