Amazon is hiring Team Lead Interns to support its Amazon Fresh and GSF operations across multiple locations. This role requires you to manage daily operations at one or more sites, working directly with associates, delivery partners, and third-party vendors to maintain high operational standards. As a Team Lead Intern, you will be accountable for driving performance metrics, improving safety and morale, ensuring compliance with Amazon’s operational policies, and maintaining a customer-centric focus in all processes.
You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring team members, executing end-to-end warehousing and logistics tasks, conducting audits, and managing shifts, including day and night operations. This internship is an ideal opportunity for graduates who aspire to build a career in logistics, supply chain, or operations management in one of the world’s most customer-centric organizations.
