The L2 Associate serves as the main point of contact between Amazon and its delivery partners. In this role, associates represent Amazon while supporting delivery partners, addressing their concerns, troubleshooting operational issues, and recommending improvements to processes when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate clearly and professionally with delivery partners and internal teams.
  • Provide prompt and efficient support to customers and delivery partners.
  • Handle sensitive situations appropriately and escalate issues through the defined escalation matrix when required.
  • Manage time effectively while maintaining or exceeding defined performance metrics.
  • Use logical reasoning to identify issues, analyze trends, and suggest improvements to existing processes.

Basic Qualifications

  • Graduate in any specialization from a recognized university.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to communicate accurately and clearly with customers.
  • Good comprehension skills to understand and articulate customer concerns.
  • Capability to stay focused on customer issues until resolution.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Windows XP, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Internet Explorer.
  • Strong typing skills and the ability to navigate websites efficiently.
  • Working knowledge of email applications.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in logistics or experience in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
