Job Summary

The Central Ops Support Executive is responsible for remotely supporting the daily operations of sellers, including monitoring daily metrics, triggering on-field support for sellers and audits, managing stakeholders within and outside Amazon, rolling out new processes, and running central control centers. The role demands a broader understanding of customer experience and a strong willingness to take ownership. It also requires skills in identifying patterns and disruptions, scrutinizing details, and foreseeing the implications of data.

This team supports inbound and outbound operations through voice and non-voice channels. The candidate must be flexible to work on weekends and in shifts.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites through outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives.
  • Liaise between field executives/sellers and various internal and external agencies for efficient and timely operation execution.
  • Train and direct sellers to ensure compliance with standards and practices.
  • Develop and implement SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), analyze data, and propose features and processes that improve the seller experience.
  • Willing to work on weekends.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, engineering, or statistics.
  • Experience with Excel.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SQL.
