Overview
Digital Content Associate, Audible
The primary responsibility of this role is to perform operational activities related to audiobook content. The associate listens to audio content, identifies potential issues, and corrects them using available software tools while following defined standard operating procedures. The role requires wearing a headset and listening to audio for extended periods during work.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and follow the established standard operating procedures.
- Analyze audiobook content and identify issues within the audio.
- Use available resources and tools to resolve or fix identified problems.
- Escalate issues or inconsistencies to the appropriate teams as per defined processes.
- Interact with internal and external stakeholders when required.
- Adhere to service level agreements and average handle time defined for the process.
- Meet assigned productivity targets and quality benchmarks.
- Make judgment-based decisions based on observations and documented procedures.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and related applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of work experience.
