Job Overview
The Quality Services (QS) organization provides testing support for Devices, Retail, and AWS products. The main objective of the team is to deliver manual testing support to ensure product quality. As an Associate in Quality Services, you will execute manual tests based on documented task instructions and generate accurate results while meeting daily targets and following defined processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute test cases prepared for validating software builds on the Kindle platform and related Kindle software products.
- Perform test case execution and report defects or bugs with accuracy.
- Understand testing procedures and follow guidelines for new builds and releases.
- Carry out regression and repetitive testing activities to qualify builds without affecting quality.
- Use software tools to capture testing data on a daily basis.
- Record results, communicate issues, escalate failures when needed, and provide regular status updates.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
