Job Description

Customer satisfaction is a key objective for Airbus. The Training Customer Feedback (TCF) Coordinator, part of the Quality Customer Services team in India (IISQ), manages the end to end handling of training customer feedback worldwide across multiple training domains including Flight, Maintenance, Cabin, and Structure.

The role focuses on collecting feedback, calculating TCF indicators, analyzing results, and tracking improvement actions to support ongoing enhancement of training services.

Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Convert raw feedback data into actionable insights that support continuous improvement of training services.
  • Maintain a reliable data infrastructure by consolidating inputs from multiple tools into a single source for TCF data.
  • Lead monthly and quarterly review sessions with stakeholders, including the QBST team, using insights from all training domains.
  • Ensure data accuracy through detailed weekly verification of entries.
  • Prepare monthly reports summarizing key metrics, training performance, and participation levels.

Operational and Technical Support

  • Administer the Qualtrics platform, managing user access and survey setup to improve operational efficiency.
  • Act as the primary contact for TCF related questions and provide technical and data support to training centers.
  • Create and deploy customized surveys tailored to the needs of individual training centers.
  • Work with cross functional teams, including MyTeam, to resolve system issues and maintain accurate data alignment.

Implementation and Stakeholder Management

  • Lead the rollout and implementation of TCF processes for new training centers.
  • Design and conduct quarterly training sessions for ATO Managers to help them effectively use TCF data.
  • Support knowledge sharing among TCF Ambassadors by communicating updates on tools and procedures.
  • Maintain the official TCF manual as a reference for colleagues.
  • Assist with analytics tool migration initiatives.

The role also includes measuring business performance through the collection, consolidation, and synthesis of performance indicators. The coordinator facilitates stakeholder discussions around performance data, root cause analysis, and improvement recommendations to support decision making and targeted performance outcomes.

Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and synthesis capabilities.
  • Understanding of software development concepts.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders across technical and management levels.
  • Comfort working in an international environment.
  • Knowledge of problem solving frameworks such as 8D, 9S, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, and Plan-Do-Check-Act.
  • Familiarity with Google Suite tools.
  • Knowledge of Airbus training delivery processes and related tools is optional.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and have strong English communication skills. French language skills are considered an advantage.
