The Training Customer Feedback (TCF) Coordinator, part of the Quality Customer Services team in India (IISQ), manages the end to end handling of training customer feedback worldwide across multiple training domains including Flight, Maintenance, Cabin, and Structure.
The role focuses on collecting feedback, calculating TCF indicators, analyzing results, and tracking improvement actions to support ongoing enhancement of training services.
The role also includes measuring business performance through the collection, consolidation, and synthesis of performance indicators. The coordinator facilitates stakeholder discussions around performance data, root cause analysis, and improvement recommendations to support decision making and targeted performance outcomes.
Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or equivalent and have strong English communication skills. French language skills are considered an advantage.
