
Airbus India has opened an apprenticeship opportunity for the role of Apprentice - Rewards & Benefits within the Human Resources department, specifically in the Total Rewards team. This program offers fresh graduates the chance to begin their career with a global organization known for innovation, research, and a diverse international workforce.
The apprenticeship is designed as a 12-month program expected to start around July 2026 (date may be flexible). Participants will gain hands-on exposure to compensation and benefits processes while working with experienced HR professionals.
The apprentice will work closely with an assigned tutor who will help define professional goals and guide skill development throughout the program.
