Job Description
Airbus India has opened an apprenticeship opportunity for the role of Apprentice - Rewards & Benefits within the Human Resources department, specifically in the Total Rewards team. This program offers fresh graduates the chance to begin their career with a global organization known for innovation, research, and a diverse international workforce.
The apprenticeship is designed as a 12-month program expected to start around July 2026 (date may be flexible). Participants will gain hands-on exposure to compensation and benefits processes while working with experienced HR professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Benchmarking: Assist in mapping internal job roles with external market data to help maintain competitive salary structures.
- Benefits Administration: Support daily enrollment processes and respond to employee queries related to health plans and employee perks.
- Data Integrity and Auditing: Maintain accurate employee information in the HR Information System (HRIS), including job codes and compensation data.
- Program and Wellness Support: Help coordinate annual open enrollment cycles and support initiatives such as employee well-being events and recognition programs.
Learning Outcomes
- Understanding the fundamentals of compensation and benefits, including pay structures and benefit design.
- Exposure to HR analytics through data pattern analysis and market benchmarking activities.
- Experience managing small initiatives and projects such as benefits audits or employee wellness activities.
The apprentice will work closely with an assigned tutor who will help define professional goals and guide skill development throughout the program.
