Roles and Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage the training profiles of Flight Instructors including Ground Instructors, Synthetic Flight Instructors, and Type Rating Instructor/Examiners.
• Create and maintain ATO instructor folders while updating profiles such as competencies, qualifications (initial, renewal, revalidation), training records, required forms, passport details, licenses, and medical documentation according to Airbus procedures.
• Update instructor competency information in MyTeam and organize shared folders based on their training path along with related follow up documentation.
• Handle electronic and paper archiving of all training records and checks in MyTeam and on the designated servers.
• Prepare and maintain a 12 month rolling training forecast for instructors.
• Assist the Instructor Competency Manager with daily operational tasks and coordination.

Minimum Requirements

• Fluency in English along with strong computer skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work effectively under pressure.
• Capability to collaborate with colleagues and work as part of a team.
• Comfort working within a multicultural environment.
• Basic understanding of regulatory requirements relevant to the business.
