Airbus Hiring Industrialisation Intern in Bangalore, 6 Months

This six-month internship is for a Data Modeling and AI Engineer role within the Industrialisation team.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable data products and modern cloud-based data architecture, with strong data governance and quality.
• Create, automate, and maintain complex data models across enterprise and cloud platforms to support Digital Transformation.
• Develop, train, and deploy AI, ML, and LLM models to extract insights and improve process optimization.
• Build and maintain data visualization and user-facing applications using full-stack development.
• Use and integrate with the Skywise platform for data ingestion, analytics, and service development.
• Manage and organize data systems for multi-disciplinary teams from start to finish.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience structuring, managing, and maintaining complex data systems for multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proficiency in Python (high priority for data science and AI) and related data and AI libraries. Knowledge of C++ is an asset, along with a strong understanding of OOP.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure), big data technologies, and building data lakes or warehouses. Strong database development experience with SQL and NoSQL.
• Deployment experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines, plus familiarity with MLOps principles.
• Experience with Git/GitLab and working in Agile environments.
• Skilled in gathering and managing complex stakeholder requirements for data products and AI solutions.
• Strong API integration skills, along with knowledge of microservices, HTTP methods, and client-server communication.
• Clear communicator who can explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences, and a quick learner who adapts well to dynamic environments.
