The role sits within the Employee Development team and provides exposure to HR transformation initiatives in a global organization. The program is designed to give graduates practical experience in HR projects and digital HR tools.
This apprenticeship typically runs for 12 months and is expected to begin in July 2026, with some flexibility around the start date. Participants will contribute to multiple HR transformation initiatives while developing professional and project management skills.
The apprenticeship is structured around three key transformation pillars. Depending on business priorities and the candidate’s strengths, responsibilities may include leading or supporting projects across these areas.
Throughout the program, a tutor will guide the apprentice in defining professional goals and building practical capabilities.
