HR Projects & Transformation Apprenticeship
Airbus India is offering an apprenticeship opportunity within the HR department in Bangalore. The role sits within the Employee Development team and provides exposure to HR transformation initiatives in a global organization. The program is designed to give graduates practical experience in HR projects and digital HR tools.
This apprenticeship typically runs for 12 months and is expected to begin in July 2026, with some flexibility around the start date. Participants will contribute to multiple HR transformation initiatives while developing professional and project management skills.
Program Areas
The apprenticeship is structured around three key transformation pillars. Depending on business priorities and the candidate’s strengths, responsibilities may include leading or supporting projects across these areas.
Pillar 1: Talent Attraction and Market Presence
- Create employment marketing content that communicates the Airbus story to external audiences.
- Support recruitment processes and ensure Workday workflows and candidate interactions run smoothly.
Pillar 2: Organizational Culture and Belonging
- Assist with culture change initiatives that translate Airbus global values into local programs in India.
- Contribute to Inclusion and Diversity initiatives that promote a welcoming and diverse workplace.
Pillar 3: Capability Building and Growth
- Support Learning and Development activities by coordinating training sessions and promoting digital learning approaches.
- Assist with initiatives that identify future skills needed across the workforce.
Throughout the program, a tutor will guide the apprentice in defining professional goals and building practical capabilities.
Skills and Exposure
- Project management practices for planning and delivering HR initiatives in a global company.
- Hands-on experience with HR digital platforms including Workday and Google Workspace.
- Collaboration with stakeholders across departments and international teams.
