HR Projects & Transformation Apprenticeship

Airbus India offers a 12‑month apprenticeship within the HR department in Bangalore, working with the Employee Development team. The program is expected to begin around July 2026, with some flexibility in the start date.

The apprenticeship focuses on HR transformation initiatives and provides exposure to projects that support talent attraction, culture development, and workforce capability building within a global organization.

Key Areas of Work

Talent Attraction and Market Presence

• Create employment marketing content that shares the Airbus story with external audiences.
• Support recruitment activities and ensure smooth Workday processes and candidate interactions.

Organizational Culture and Belonging

• Assist with culture change initiatives that bring Airbus global values into local practices.
• Contribute to Inclusion and Diversity programs to strengthen a welcoming workplace environment.

Capability Building and Growth

• Help coordinate learning and development activities, including training sessions and digital learning initiatives.
• Support efforts to identify emerging skills required for the future workforce.

Learning Outcomes

• Project Management: Gain experience planning and delivering HR projects in a large international organization.
