
Airbus India is offering an apprenticeship opportunity within the HR department for the role of Apprentice, HR Commercial & Customer Services. This position is based in Delhi and is designed for graduates who want to begin their careers within a global organization operating across multiple continents.
The program is expected to run for approximately 12 months and is planned to begin around 1 July 2026, with some flexibility. During this period, the apprentice will work closely with the HR team supporting initiatives related to onboarding, engagement, workforce insights, and HR projects.
Throughout the apprenticeship, the selected candidate will receive guidance from a mentor to define professional goals and develop practical HR skills.
The role requires awareness of compliance considerations and a commitment to acting with integrity, supporting the company’s reputation and long-term growth.
