AI Developer (Generative AI) at EY, Trivandrum | Fresher

EY is seeking a motivated AI Developer to join its Machine Learning team and assist with the design, development, and deployment of Generative AI driven solutions. The role involves working alongside senior engineers and technical leads to build AI powered applications that address practical business requirements.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to understand solution requirements and contribute to scalable AI implementations. This role offers an opportunity to learn and grow while working with modern Generative AI technologies and production systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and development of AI and Generative AI solutions for internal and client focused use cases.
• Support the implementation and deployment of machine learning and generative AI models in production environments.
• Help monitor deployed AI systems and track metrics such as performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Follow established practices for model development, deployment, testing, and documentation.
• Explore and apply emerging tools, frameworks, and techniques related to Generative AI.
• Work closely with engineering, data science, and product teams across projects.
• Participate in code reviews, testing activities, and troubleshooting of AI based applications.

Preferred Skills and Exposure

• Basic experience with machine learning models and familiarity with generative AI concepts.
• Foundational knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or Google Cloud.
• Introductory understanding of deep learning topics including transformers or diffusion models.
• Exposure to prompt engineering techniques and model tuning approaches.
• Basic familiarity with Natural Language Processing or Computer Vision concepts.
• Understanding of software development practices including version control, testing, and documentation.
• Interest in learning DevOps and CI/CD practices used within machine learning workflows.
• Awareness of responsible AI principles and ethical considerations.
