Job Summary:

As an Application Support Engineer at Accenture, you will act as a software detective, providing dynamic support to identify and resolve issues within multiple critical business system components. Your role will focus on troubleshooting software problems, ensuring seamless operations, and collaborating with diverse teams to maintain business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Build domain knowledge and support the application support team.
• Analyze and resolve software-related issues promptly to minimize downtime.
