Role Overview

Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps platform companies keep online content safe and improve their businesses. The team acts as an important line of defense by improving the quality and safety of online content, and it also tests and challenges AI systems and platforms, including generative AI, to improve integrity and safety.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video and text-based content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system.
• Review, classify, remove or otherwise engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Keep up to date with client policies, generative AI shortcomings, and changes in content moderation and responsible AI regulation and governance.
• Investigate, resolve and escalate complex content issues to the wider Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and run prompt strategies to test large language models on topics such as medical advice, legal advice and other sensitive areas, then assess their responses for appropriateness, refusals or disclaimers.
• Work with team members to build a clear understanding of responsible AI issues based on model responses.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy.

The role may expose you to objectionable or disturbing content, including flashing lights and contrasting light and dark patterns.
