About the Role

Accenture's Trust and Safety team helps platform companies keep online content safe while building hands-on experience. The team tests, evaluates and challenges AI systems and platforms to improve content integrity, quality and safety, including generative AI work.

You will review and analyze user profiles, audio, video and text content, and investigate, escalate or resolve issues reported by users or flagged by the system. The role may expose you to objectionable or disturbing content, including flashing lights and contrasting light and dark patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, classify, remove or otherwise engage with content according to client guidelines, using specific tools and channels.
• Stay current with client policies, generative AI shortcomings, content moderation advances and responsible AI regulation and governance.
• Investigate, resolve and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team.
• Develop and run prompt strategies to test large language models on topics such as medical advice, legal advice and other sensitive areas.
• Analyze model responses for appropriateness, inappropriateness, refusals or disclaimers according to client definitions.
• Collaborate with team members to build a full understanding of responsible AI issues based on model responses.
• Contribute to best practices and guidelines for content moderation and responsible AI governance and policy.
